What you're giving us
A non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, promote, and sell the photos you submit, on TourSnapsPhotos.com and in TourSnaps marketing. Non-exclusive means the photos stay yours — you can keep using them and sharing them anywhere you like.
What you get
During our two-week launch period, approved photos are published free, with your name credited as the photographer. A paid contributor share is planned after the launch period — all contributors will be emailed the details before it begins, and photos already published will be included.
Our review
We check every submission. We may decline photos for any reason — most commonly image quality, or because someone in the frame could be identified. Declined photos are deleted.
Removing your photos
Contact us any time and we'll remove your photos from sale within 14 days. Sales completed before removal stand.
Your details
We handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your name and email are used only to credit you, review your submission, and pay you. They are never displayed publicly and never sold or shared. Names of tour staff you mention are used only to help us verify the tour and are never published.
